Kimo is a luxury accommodation, wedding and reception venue situated 10 mins from Gundagai on a working 7000 acre sheep and cattle farm. We offer onsite accommodation for up to 32 people in our three Eco Huts, two cottages and our unique shearers quarters.
The Homestead and gardens are the idyllic setting for an elegant wedding ceremony and our Rustic 110 year old Grain Shed is a unique country wedding reception venue with a large capacity of up to 200.
THE ECO HUTS AT KIMO ESTATE
Our eco huts are designed to allow you to switch off from this busy world and get back to nature, get back to a more simplistic world that we’ve left behind. Architecturally designed they are completely off-grid and make use of the sun the wind and the rain. They sit high on our hilltops, kilometers apart and overlook the beautiful Murrumbidgee River flats and the grand hills surrounding them in one of the most beautiful parts of Australia. All three Huts will have Hot Tubs for bookings made in 2021 and beyond.

We offer several levels of accommodation from couple retreats to families and large groups. Kimo Estate offers an easy getaway from Sydney being only 3 and 1/2 hours drive from the city.
JR’s eco hut sits proudly on the hill above Kimo Estate. A real experience to take in the sights and smells of the country. Every season looks equally as interesting and with the huge views you can take it in style. This glamping style accommodation is totally off grid but a luxurious place to spend a night
Our Cottage accommodation is great for Families looking for a stylish and simple cottage. Beautifully appointed but also a place to unplug from your everyday life and take some time to relax on your Journey. One of the nicest things is to see kids exploring a paddock and the freedom that brings
The shearers quarters are a special addition to Kimo. It’s hard to explain but it’s easy to experience. Perfect for large groups we cater for anything from Family Birthday weekends and Country Holidays to Hens nights.
