Open Wednesday through to Sunday, from 2pm to late (9pm on Sunday).
Each week we showcase our top 12 wines that tell a story ~ either through region, varietal, winemaker, or other. We aim to highlight female winemakers as frequently as possible. Think of it like a cellar door of revolving wines, knowledge and stories.
Wine flights are the best way to sample the wines ~ we offer 3 (or more) half glasses ~ starting from $27. Alternatively, you’re welcome to purchase by the glass, or by the bottle from our bottle shop (retail price + $15/bottle corkage).
Our food menu comprises of grazing dishes to pair with the wines ~ cheese, meats, dips ~ as well as a weekly dessert special.
BOUTIQUE BOTTLE SHOP
You’ll find a carefully curated selection of wines in the Famelia bottle shop ~ from Australia and overseas, old world and new world, natural and traditional, alcoholic and non-alcoholic ~ every single bottle chosen with our customer’s palates in mind.
Owner/Sommelier ~ Amelia Birch ~ meets with distributors and winemakers constantly, to taste their releases, and listen to their stories and passion. The wines we choose are mostly found in restaurants, so are of a very high standard, yet at Famelia, you can buy them retail. You can also have both ~ choose a bottle off the shelf and drink it in the bar by adding $15/bottle corkage.
