Our secure, peaceful and inspirational location is the perfect base for intimate corporate events, executive away-days or strategic planning meetings.  We’re around three hours from Birmingham, four hours from London and within two hours of Bristol. We have nine separate bedrooms, with private bathrooms.

The house was built in 1911 by Allan Hughes, one of the last great independently minded nineteenth-century ship owners. Full of interesting, quirky and cosy spaces, this country residence was designed to cater for a large family with their individual requirements.

Our  six acres of informal gardens and woodland boast expansive lawned areas, tennis & badminton courts, a duck pond and even a private cinema room / presentation suite.

Our interior design is purposely in keeping with 1920’s understated elegance, whilst offering comfort, style and practicality throughout. WiFi is available throughout, and the plumbing is modernised.

Bossington Hall is situated within a peaceful, bucolic rural hamlet, surrounded by the Exmoor countryside and rugged Bristol Channel coast, yet only a mile from Porlock Village with its pubs and shops
