Covid-19 Terms and Conditions (Vendors and Members)

During these ever-changing times, we hope you, your family and friends stay safe and well.

We have a full range of vouchers that are available for purchase.  If the voucher is available that means the establishment is open and can accept your vouchers.  A pre-booking may be required, so contacting the vendor is the first option.


  1. What if I want to book an experience but I’m unsure of whether I can go due to COVID-19 restrictions?
    In this ever-changing environment, we ask that you check your state government guidelines before purchasing a Voucher. Service providers must adhere to the guidelines and restrictions, including turning people away from areas of the country currently in lockdown. To avoid disappointment, please check guidelines for your country and state. 
  2. What if I have a voucher that’s about to expire?
    If your Voucher is about to expire, please contact the Vendor directly.  If you are having issue contacting the vendor, please contact us via email:
  3. What if I have an experience booked in the next few months?
    As you’d expect some of our suppliers have paused bookings temporarily in light of the recent advice from the government in certain states and areas. If you have an upcoming booking please contact the Vendor directly to further confirm your booking. 
  4. If I buy a voucher, how long have I got to use it?
    Each Voucher on the Bespoke Spots website has a minimum validity of 12 months.  However, please double check the fine print of each Voucher before making a purchase.
